Krasnodara Gashparova, DDS
As a top-rated dentist near you, Dr. Gashparova has been practicing dentistry for nearly two decades. Interested in chemistry and biology from a young age, she pursued a Doctor of Dental Science from University of Medicine, School of Dental Science in Sofia, Bulgaria. Graduating in 1996, she started her own private dental office before eventually moving to California and completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2005. Trained in CEREC and Invisalign technology, she is always looking for ways to hone her skills and expand her knowledge. When she isn’t helping patients achieve healthier smiles, she and her husband of 21 years enjoy spending time with their two daughters. She also enjoys performing traditional Bulgarian dances as well as watching her daughter play soccer, travel, and play with her rescued cats.
Calvin Dang, DDS, APDC
Dr. Dang is our in-office periodontist who is passionate about saving natural teeth and restoring them. After being threatened by his dentist that all his teeth would be extracted if he didn’t take oral hygiene more seriously as a child, he became intrigued by the profession and went on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Surgery from UCSF School of Dentistry. Earning awards from the American Academy of Periodontology and other organizations for his academic achievements, he completed a third-year post-graduate residency program in periodontics at UCSF, serving as the chief resident. He also received his Master of Science degree, focusing his research on mini dental implants. Outside the office, you will find him spending time with his family, cooking, running, traveling, gardening, watching movies, and maintaining his health.
Sarvenaz Angha, DDS
As a periodontist, Dr. Angha is a master clinician who focuses on promoting a proactive attitude and empowering her patients to make better choices to achieve a healthier smile, body, and wellbeing. After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the UCLA School of Dentistry, she went on to complete a postdoctoral residency in periodontics and implant surgery. There, she trained with world-renowned experts in periodontics. Devoted to continuing education, she remains at the forefront of the field, staying abreast of the latest changes and advancements. Since 2007, she has trained hundreds of dental students as a lecturer at the UCLA School of Dentistry, and in 2010, she served as the youngest clinical faculty member in the postdoctoral periodontics program. When she isn’t in the office or teaching students, she is busy taking philosophy courses, engaging in live performances/dances, and contributing to local fundraising.
