Get to Know Dr. Tiffany La

Originally from Los Angeles, Dr. Tiffany La loves working with patients on their dental goals and maintaining their oral health. Dental education is incredibly important to her, and she enjoys developing long-term relationships with people while seeing their dental health improve. She’s constantly learning new things and she can’t wait to meet new patients to help take care of their pearly whites.

Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

Dr. La loves that dentistry is a mix of art and science, both of which she has always had an affinity towards. She’s also proud to be able to serve her community by improving the health of others and instilling confidence in her patients through their smiles. Today, she remains as passionate about her work as the day she started, and she wouldn’t have it any other way!

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. La first attended Washington University in St. Louis for her undergraduate degree. She later went on to study at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) for her dental doctorate. Afterward, she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at St. Vincent de Paul in Phoenix, AZ. There, she was able to help provide comprehensive dental care to those most in need.

Today, she remains dedicated to continuing education regularly to expand and refine her skills and knowledge in the field. Dr. La is also a member of professional dental organizations like the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association.

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Whenever she isn’t at the office helping patients with their smiles, Dr. La is typically with her boyfriend and spending time with her parents and friends. Her hobbies include things like ballet, arts and crafts (such as pottery, scrapbooking, and calligraphy), and traveling whenever she gets the chance. One fun fact about her: when she was in high school, she used to dance in the Disneyland parades!
